The plasma car is one of the best products I have bought for my children. I have 3 children under the age of 10 and have seen it all. This product gets them moving, navigating, and having a good time! I have since bought 3 plasma cars for your website. Thanks so much.

I wasn't sure my 2-year-old granddaughter could master the swivel motion to make the car move, but she was a natural on the first try! Now if only her 4-year-old brother would let her have a turn... I'll probably have to order another one at Christmas.

These are the coolest gift Ive found yet! We bought them for x-mas for the kids. WHen we got them, we waited for the kids to go to sleep, put them together and had to do a test run for ourselves. Oh my goodness we had a blast. We've been married almost 8 years and I can honestly say that I havnt had that much fun in a very long time. Definatley worth the price. I cant wait to see how much my children enjoy them on X-mas day.

I purchased 8 plasma cars for my daycare and grandchildren and they are a hit and a half!!! They are easy to assemble and so fun for the kids. The younger ones who don't know how to pedal take right off on these unique cars!

I have purchased these as gifts, so they have not yet been used by our grandchildren. However, we felt a bit insecure about putting them together...The back wheels on each went on, but were at different angles. We are sure we did this correctly, but one seemed to tip backwards easily. How tight is tight for the handlebars? Perhaps more instructive photos would help.

I ordered the plasma car for our 4 year old grandson's birthday. He adores the car. This is probably the best gift I have ever given him. His 8 year old brother loves it too, so I will have no problem thinking of a gift for his 9th birthday.

I have three kids ages 10,8,3 and all of them have a plasma car which they enjoy. All of them ride it in the basement in the winter. I even have taken a spin on it. This car is cool and I would HIGHLY recommend it to ANY AGE big or small. My 3 year old has NO problem driving it by himself.

My son has quite a lot of toys & does the typical kid thing: loses interest in most of his toys after a few days, but not the plasma car! My Mother purchased one for him on his third birthday, he is now 4 1/2, not a day goes by were his isn't zooming around on his plasma car! We kept ours in the house, which has wooden floors. I haven't noticed any damage from them this far on my floors! My 19 month old son now also took to it, he'd get on it any time he could, which caused some problems! We then purchased a second plasma car, they are both hving quite a blast with them! The first one we got was the red one & the second was the yellow, they are both very nice colors! If you want to purchase a toy for your child they could totally enjoy, you can't go wrong here!

It is a fun little car. I'm not sure how well the wheels will hold up outside but we will soon find out. Note: Don't let an adult ride it on your hardwood floors. I tested it inside and it was a lot of fun but it left grooves all over our hardwood floors. The wheels are plastic and I don't think they will last long outside but I don't know that for sure. Car would work best on a smooth concrete surface.
The wheel loosened after only a week and the car won't work correctly if the wheel is not tight.

we love the plasma car! My son is 17 mo and it is very stable for him to get off & on and he has no trouble getting around on it. My husband and I have also enjoyed riding it. Really great fun for the whole family

I purchase 4 PlasmaCar's for my grandkids ages 2, 3 and 6. The two 6 years old got on the the cars and went non stop loving them. One even said it was cooler than his dirt bike he got for Christmas last year. It took the 2 and 3 year old a little more time to get it going but now it is all they want to do. I think it is one of the best choices I have made in buying their gifts. After receiving these cars from Fat Brain Toys a local WalMart store displayed a TwisterCar. Look so much like the PlasmaCar and it is about $25 dollars cheaper but for the money the Fat Brain car is 100% a better buy. This toy is made of material to last for years. I am very happy with my purchace and will be shopping with you again.

this is now our THIRD plasma car. one for each boy and then an extra for a guest. they have so much fun with them. actually, my husband even gets on it for a ride!

The PlasmaCar appealed to all ages in the family, from a 3 yr old to Grandpa, and everyone took a turn around the basement! It's great that the old folks can ride along with the kiddies on all the bikes! It has a fun, undulating motion and uses the upper body, so is a nice alternative to the big wheels! We recommend this toy for fairly flat surfaces. We haven't tried it yet outside or on any incline. But it's a winner!

i bought this for my 2 daughters and they just love it. it's by far their favorite ride on. they have scooters, bikes, etc... but this is the one the both fight over. probably should get another one.

I bought these for my grandsons, ages 4 and 2 and had them sent to their home in Delaware. Apparently they were not only a hit with the little ones, but with their parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends......you get the idea. My son said the adults were racing them around the garage and having a blast with them. They seemed to be very sturdy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun gift for the little ones. My daughter was instrumental in my choice of gifts as she had seen them at a neighbor's house and the kids were all loving them. I'm glad I took her advice! I may get some more for the other grandk's for Christmas.

A great toy, well worth the cost.
A couple years ago I was given a plasmacar as a gift for my older daughter who was 3 at the time and she's loved it ever since. My younger daughter who just turned 2 figured out how to ride it a couple months back and they've been fighting over it ever since. So we got her a new one through FBT.com and they ride them together almost every day. Even my wife & I have been known to race them around the garage sometimes...

My grandson saw this car at a local store and wanted it badly...he promised to be very, very good if I would get it for him. When he got the car, he has been riding the car every day since it arrived and is extremely happy with it. The difference of price of the car on your website verses the price at the local store was huge. Your price was much better by far, even with shipping included. The car came packed well and in a timely manner considering it was backordered. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I will order from your site again!!

My 3 year -old son used these at school and loved them. I was looking for a way for him to burn off steam at home, and thought of the plasma car. He loves it and uses it a lot! He can ride it outside, and inside (with limits).

I purchases the plasma cars for my nieces and nephews for Christmas so I haven't had the opportunity to see how well they like them. I personally think they will go over very well. They are so streamline and seem not to have any sharp edges or corners that a child could cut themselves on. The fact that it is self propelled was another factor in buying it so the children will get some upper body exercise.

Ordered the plasma cars and they arrived all three of them the next day. They are a Christmas present so the kids have not used them yet BUT I think they are fun!!! Our only problem was the the steering device kept coming loose on two of them but we went and borrowed a wrench and I think they are going to be fine now. I think the kids are going to love them and I do not think they have ever seen them before.

Our granddaughter loves the plasma car! What a great little car.
The only difficulty was that we had a very, very hard time attaching and tightning the steering column. I could never have done it by myself. Even my husband had to use a mallet to assist in the tightening. I don't feel it should have been that difficult. But once we got it tight the car performed perfectly!!

This toy was purchased for my grandson, age 3. He loved it from the first time he saw it, taking a minute to check it out visually he got on and started to move it around. His natural instinct was to move the steering left and right which of course caused the car to move forward. He was ecstatic! This is a grandparent's dream come true; it is quiet, safe, and totally occupies a child (who is also having a great time playing)! This is a great investment and value.

Great toy - my only regret is that I did not purchase this sooner. My 7 years old loves it. It is also a good value for the money - $60 is very reasonable for a toy like this. We will probably get another for our daughter.

Fascinating toy. I (grandma/Nana) caught on quickly. Three year old grandson took a little longer, but figured out how to maneuver the car with a bit of help. His mother had a problem with forward and backward. Perhaps the steering wheel could be better marked to reduce confusion.
(We purchased it for our grandson and some young cousins who live nearby to use at our home.)

My family, my husband & I included, love this "car". It is so much fun and so easy to use that my 2 yr old grasped the concept of it right out of the box. Very easy to put together although one of the back wheels was a bit of a tight fit. I have not taken the PlasmaCar out of our house yet so I can not rate how it handles on the road. My children [6,2,9 months] use it on our Laminate "hardwood" floors. It definitely deserves the Platinum Best Toy Award that it was given. The only problem I see is that I only have one :)

The plasma car has now been ridden inside/outside on Concrete, Asphalt, Grass, Tile, Laminate, Rug etc...I completely stand by my first review on how wonderful this toy is. I do have to say however the tread on the wheels do not catch well on smooth floors so sometimes it can be a hassle getting the steering wheel to turn the wheels. My kids still LOVE the toy and use it whenever they can. All three have ridden it together they love taking each other for rides. It really is a great product and has held up VERY WELL against my very destructive children.

The Plasmacar was purchased for my 9 year old daughter. It does well on tile and hardwood floors as well as in our garage. It will not move on our carpet. It does not go very fast on pavement either. It turns on a dime and is a very cool concept, but wish there were more places to ride it.

Good for Downhill Otherwise A Disappointment

I didn't think the plasma car worked as advertised. Maybe if you have access to a smooth, flat surface such as a gym this would be a lot of fun, but mostly it was disappointing to me and my 4 year old. He'll ride about anything though, and he did a lot of pushing it around using his feet. He also really enjoyed "riding" it on downhill stretches, but the side to side manuvering was difficult for him to gain any momentum. Seemed like he was constantly getting stuck on sidewalk cracks or on uphill stretches or in leaves, etc. It worked ok inside on our tile/ hardwood flooring, but I felt like he needed more room to get the thing going. Once outside, however, there just never seemed to be an ideal spot to get the car going. And in our experience, you needed an ideal spot. I don't think I would recommend this product.

Very Cool, But Not For Wood Floors!

After reading reviews and seeing a bit on the Discovery Channel about PlasmaCars, I got one for my 2 year old. It looks very cool, like something from a Dr. Seuss book - in fact, when my son saw it he called it a helicopter. There are 2 main problems with the PlasmaCar. After putting it together and taking a dozen or so loops inside the house, I noticed that the last page of the instructions said it may damage wood floors. It should say that it will damage wood floors because there are about a dozen grooves in our floor now. And it really does need a very flat surface - any incline and you have to push. It rolls very smoothly, so taking it down hills is a blast, but plan on pulling back up. Pros: Very cool looking, Rolls smoothly
Steers well, Easy to put together, Holds an adult relatively comfortably Cons: Will damage wood floors, Needs very flat surfaces. All together its a great toy, but you need a very hard, very flat surface to fully enjoy the PlasmaCar. I only give the PlasmaCar 3 stars because the warning about the wood floors is buried at the back of the manual, rather than up front, which would have saved me the damage to my floors.

Purchased for 3 1/2 yr old. he loves it, but found it pretty challenging at first. Big brother (8 1/2) LOVED it. That encouraged little one to stick with it and in no time he, too, was enjoying himself. Fun and good exercise, too. :-D

This is such a fun ride on toy. We purchased it for my son's 4th birthday and not only does he love it but his two older sisters love it too. Everyone was riding on it at his birthday party - even his grandmother! It was very easy to assemble and it works perfectly just as described. I couldn't believe it until I tried it myself. Love it!

The Plasma Car is ingeniusly designed. There are no electronic parts, and no batteries to replace. It works on physics of movement alone and therefore, it doesn't get "old." My children oldest to youngest love it, and it can be used by adults as well. It is astonishing the speed you can build up with no motor. Brilliant.

My boys (ages 8 and 9) adore the newest additions to our ride on toy 'garage'. I ended up getting two of them so that they could ride together.
The cars were easy to assemble...but assembly was still required. Don't expect to just take it out of the box and let them have at it.
And the cars are fabulous on flat even ground! The boys literally zoom, spin and race all over the place while on flat ground. However, the slightest incline or roughness of surface and the cars are much harder to make go. Thankfully we have a large flat area for them to ride, I would have been disappointed if we did not have that as the cars really don't do half as well on an incline (which is how they were designed, not a defect).

Got it for our 3 and 5 year old foster children. They love them! We live on a slight slope so...we do have to monitor them pretty close because they can get going pretty fast down the sidewalk. I feel like this has been a good investment for these boys and future foster kids we have at our home.

I bought two of these for my son (age 5) and daughter(age 3) for Christmas. They and their siblings (ages 20 months-9 years), and some time my husband and I (we both are under 100kg), play with these every day. Their cousins love them. Since then, I have bought 3 more as gifts for nieces and nephew and all the parents raved what wonderful gift they are. They all say it is the only toy that the kids play with every day. So I bought another for another niece for her birthday coming up.

I can see this would be fun if used on an incline, or inside on a very smooth surface. Unfortunately, I thought it would work well on a path around the lake behind my house. No hills, I live in Florida.

This is a great way for little ones to get around. Even bigger kids want to ride on it, but now my 1 year old has taken it over. He scoots around the block. My 4 year old can steer it with his feet on the resting area so that it moves itself (strangely amazing), but he prefers to rush around Flintstone-style so he can keep up with his older brothers on their bikes. It really does go forward and backward (when you turn the steering wheel around) by just turning the steering whell. I will even hop on in the back and go for a ride. Sometimes it winds up inside on the hardwood floors and works there too.

My kids (ages 3 to 12) all love this toy so much we had to purchase another one! The only downside to the PlasmaCar is that it works best on a flat surface or a downhill slope. My 10 year old can ride it down our street, but has to carry it back up. This toy is very sturdy and I can see it lasting in our home for a very long time.

its realy incredible the way how this thing work, my son love it he is 3 and a half and he can not ride on a bike because its a lot of energy that he has to put to get an smal movement, and with the PLASMACAR its realy easy, he leans very fast to use it and is smal the way if we go to tha park i can take up to three plasmacars in my small car.

This order of PlasmaCars was for the 3rd and 4th cars I had ordered. I had two cars and the grandkids fought over them. My plan is to buy #5 and #6 when all of them will visit at the same time. It is truly a great product and lots of fun. Even their parents ride them at times.

My kids saw them at play gyms around town and fell in love. These things are awesome. We bought two. (Should have bought three -- still might!) We use them indoors and outdoors on hard surfaces. My 17 month old loves it as much as my 3 and 5 year olds do. My 210 pound husband got on it!! Self explanatory, large enough for two to sit on simultaneously, can use your feet but don't have to, can get pushed on it but don't have to. Seems indestructable but we'll see. It is a little bit loud inside on our hardwood floors. The kids are nuts about them day and night.

This plasma car is a MUST have if you have children and/or a husband that likes cool toys. Our 18 month, 5 y/o and 8 y/o ride this car everyday. It's super stable, fast, easy to handle and steer. We have 2. Because we put so many miles on this we have replaced the wheels a few times. I ordered them over the phone. They were inexpensive (2 or 3 dollars each).

We gave this to our youngest grandson on his fourth birthday. It was such a hit! All the children at the party thoroughly enjoyed it. Several parents asked where I got it and I referred them to your website. The only problem (for me) is that my soon-to-be nine year old grandson wants one! This purchase was our 12th PlasmaCar. We've been buying PlasmaCars for the grandchildren for about 3 years. We paid $70 for the first cars. The grandchildren love them and they hold up amazingly well. From the teenagers (and even adults) down to the 18 month old, this is one of the favorite riding toys. They are easy to take to the park and the kids love to ride in the winter in the garage. The PlasmaCar is well worth the money.

I had ordered one of these cars for my Granddaughter. The kids loved it, as well as the adults. They fought over it constantly so I ordered a second one. I would highly recommend this for any kids.
They have so much fun on it. When it is raining I let the kids play inside with it. I have hardwood floors and it never leaves any marks.

With grandchildren who seem to have every toy that Target and Toy's R Us has to offer, it was a great pleasure for this Grandma to find a toy that was unique, well made, safe, and tons of fun. We gave the Plasma Car to a 3 year old boy and he loved it. His five and seven year old brothers also loved it. I am the director of a local preschool and I ordered 2 Plasma cars after our first fundraiser. I have 55 children from age 2 - 5 at the preschool and EVERY age loves the cars. There is a corner of our large classroom that is dedicated to Plasma car usage and the line for a turn is always long. I purchased 3 (identical) Plasma cars for my 3 grandsons, ages 7,4 and 2.5 yrs. They all immediately climbed aboard and began racing one another. My youngest grandson switches back and forth from using the steering handle to move and his feet, depending on where he wants to go. I am very happy to see that this is a toy that maintains all of their interest and activity levels. I also like that the height of the toy is safe and good for all sizes , giving the youngest the idea that he's keeping up with the big boys. It only took my husband a few minutes to put all of the toys together.

This is an outstanding toy. 2-year old & 5-year old spend hours on it most days. We even have a 1-year old that loves to ride on it, especially if someone older is on with her. Keep the wheels clear of grit, etc. or something abrasive may get embedded & make marks on hardwood.

The plasma car is great in the aspect of quality/durability and my kids love it with one exception -- it is very slow. It is made well enough that someone up to 220 lbs can ride it on a smooth surface (which I did). If your kids are expecting something that moves faster using the "turning motion" than if they used their legs to push, then this is not for them.

I actually ordered this for my mother (my child's grandmother). My 3 year old who is a nightmare in groups because he wanders and is curious, actually stayed with the adults and the crowd because he refused to get off of this toy - which I had never seen - for 2 straight hours.

The PlasmaCar works great on our kitchen floor. Our kids have been having fun riding around me while I cook. It is also great fun on rainy days when they can't ride their bikes outside.
I bought the PlasmaCar planning to use it outside, but it does not work well on our asphalt driveway.

This toy has the best of everything. It's good exercise and a great source of fun. My three year old son spent 2 hours on it the first day he got it and I had a hard time tearing it away from him. It takes a little while to get the hang of it but well worth it. I highly recommend this toy to anyone who dislikes battery operated toys. I bought two others as gifts for family members.

Fun Toy, But Works Well On Limited Surfaces

This was a gift for my 5-year old daughter who really does love this car. My 8-yearl old daughter also enjoys it, but she can't get it going as fast. Assembly was easy, but we had a hard time tightening the front assembly sufficiently. The wheels' upright rod kept slipping out of the grip of the steering wheel. I think we finally have it tight enough. I'd recommend not putting on the yellow cap securely until you are good and sure that you have got the assembly well-tightened. The girls use it inside on the hard floor surfaces (wood and vinyl tile) and on our low-pile berber carpet. They've tried using it outside on blacktop, but it doesn't work well there as the surface is too rough. It also will not work up a slope, and carpets with any kind of pile will prevent wiggle-powering it. My kids will scoot it along with their feet when they can't wiggle it. We haven't yet tried concrete since it's been covered in snow all this time. It took the kids about 20 minutes of riding to get the hang of the wiggle-power method. Basically, the car operates by tacking like a sailboat does, only in this case, the momentum is provided by a kid leaning her weight forward. The ads say that anybody up to 220 pounds can ride the car - not really, though. The adults who have tried it were not very successful with the ride.

The little car was good, but you need a large open area of smooth floor to really operate it in a way that would appeal to small children. It isn't as easy to get it going as I had thought from reading the reviews, so very young children may not figure it out before their attention span has expired.

I bought these for our grandchildren who are 17 months and 21 months old. I thought they would be able to make them work because the described motion to make it move seemed easy. I found that they were too young for it and also that the motion did not make the car move as easily as I thought it would from the other reviews. My daughters-in-law are light, small women so they tried the car and had to work fairly hard to make it move so I'm not sure if we are doing it right or not. On the plus side our grandchildren and their mothers were able to ride together and if they were on a downhill slope really had fun. It was easy to put together.

We got the Plasma car for my son. I am certain he, and our other 4 kids, will be truly nuts about it. How do I know this? Because my sister (age 28) and I (age 33) have spent an hour testing it out gleefully around the basement, giggling all the way. I had observed kids at the park having so much fun with this car that I couldn't wait to order one for my two year old grandson. It is as expected and my seven year old granddaughter loves it also. It came needing minor assembly which wasn't that easy for me. I needed assistance from someone stronger to attach the wheels and steering assembly securely. I love the fact that it is driven solely by kid power. Great product.

I ordered two Plasma Cars for my twin boys third birthday. It was very easy to put together. The twins can easily steer and move the car. Much easier than a tricycle. They have been scooting all around the house. My 8 & 6 year olds are always wanting a turn. They have asked for Plasma Cars for their birthdays. (I admit that I have had plenty of turns during their nap time.) They are really fun!

The product hasn't been used yet. However, when putting it together, I noticed a defect in one of the front wheels. I can only hope it doesn't affect the ride or durability. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: On the off-chance that this Plasma Car becomes a Plasma Car careening, we contacted James with information on receiving a replacement wheel.)

Everyone enjoys this car. My toddler, six year old, ten year old and even the adults! Everyone who comes to our house is drawn to this car and is amazed with how it works. My ten year old wishes it went faster, but since I have younger children I like it just the way it is. We are very pleased with this item and would recommend it to others...and do!

We all just love it, but especially our 5 year old! We just gave it to him today for his birthday and he's only riding it on the wood floors, which it doesn't recommend, but no marks on our floors yet. (They need to be redone anyway!) It's a super toy! Great toy for the money!

The product is not working. Not sure what is wrong. It is very different from my friends plasma car. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: Ms. Flynn, it appears that the mobile unit you received has a rare form of PlasmaCar Vehicular Mutation [PSCRVM]. We are sending a replacement PlasmaCar immediately.)

This was not as easy to assemble as expected. The steering column had to be tightened several times. After assembly, the car had limited entertainment potential for my 4 year old grandson.

My 2-1/2 and 6 year old sons love their PlasmaCars! Also, I am 5'3" and I can sit on this toy and ride it around the house with them (using my feet to push me along). It is well-made and sturdy and worth the money.

My 2 year old daughter loves the car. She got on it and rode around right away. It didn't really scratch the wood floor because she is so light but the floor has to be very smooth to glide on easily. Highly recommended, great price and great toy.

What a great toy! We got this one for our 2 year old son and he will not get off of it! We inforce the helmet rule in our family, better safe than sorry. He scoots all over the house, garage, down the driveway, takes it camping with us, it goes where we go. I too have enjoyed it at the ripe age of 41! It is truely a great product and will last for years!

I gave the PlasmaCar to my 5 year-old grandson for his birthday. We didn't put it together until after he had opened it. It seemed fairly easy to put together because my husband did it in about 10 minutes. My grandson loved it and his 2 year old brother could also work it and he loved it too. Most of the adults at the party had to try it as well. I think it will be a favorite toy for quite some time.

I will be sending the PlasmaCars back. I purchased them for my nephews. I heard from a fellow worker that the grandkids absolutely love it. One of the steering wheels did not stay in place. The other car didn't move very well.

I bought two plasma cars for my grandchildren ages 2 & 7...great toy...my 2 year old granddaughter had a hard time but she loves being pushed and will grow into her car. My 7 year old grandson had no problems and was "motoring" all over the place! The kids would have had more fun if the adults would have let them use them! A barrel of fun for parents, grandparents and grandchildren! Thanks for a great toy that only uses "kid power"!

This is our second plasma car and they are great. We have lots of tile in our house and the kids are only allowed to drive them inside (but they would be good outside, too). They love that they go "by themselves" and these are well built to really last (we've had one for two years and it still works and looks wonderful).

Fun toy to use by a wide range of ages. Exercises arm and upper body muscles instead of leg like trikes. Harder to share though, since only one child can ride on it at a time. Very easy to assemble except for the foam rubber 'cushion' on the drive post, only took 15 min.

Had an issue during assembly. There is no way to get the steering "wheel" to line up precisely with the front wheels. You can get it close, but I would have preferred some form of slot, marking, etc to guarantee precision.

My 2 year old LOVES the PlasmaCar! He uses it differently that it is intended at this point (uses his feet to move the car instead of body weight and steering). I think he will grow into it, but he is thrilled with it now. My husband, daughter, and I have been having a blast with it, as well. in fact, I have another one in the closet for my daughter's birthday in a few weeks!

My son just loves this! Once he's on it and riding around, he just doesn't want to get off! I'm thinking of buying more for my nieces and nephews for Christmas gifts. It was easy to assemble and fun to use. The only thing I would change is putting better quality tires on the plasma car. We have a new driveway which doesn't have any rough spots and the tires show a fair amount of wear.

Very disappointing. I'm honestly shocked by the number of rave reviews this product has received. It seemed relatively easy to assemble, but I couldn't make the car move forward at all (unless inching along at a snail's pace counts) despite trying it on both wood and tile floors. I subsequently found a [] review which ranked the Plasma Car low and wish I'd seen that before ordering. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: If your PlasmaCar does not move, please note assembly directions. Often a small oversight can cause driving deficiencies. In this case, the defective PlasmaCar was returned.)

My 18 month old grandson can make the plasma car go, but he often puts his feet down to make it go straight ahead. He only rides it for a few minutes at a time. The adults think it is lots of fun. As he gets a little older and can under the concept that it can go forward and backward, he should be more interested in it.

i bought it for my 8 yr old girl, who lovesit!Her 2 brothers aged 10 and 5 have been fighting over it too!They all enjoy riding on it. The only drawback is that it does not glide well on carpet or on bumpy outside surface - we have pavers on our patio and it does not glide there.Otherwise a great toy and good value.

I bought this for my nephew's second birthday. It required minimal assembly which was easily done. The product was sturdy, I tried it out "to make sure it was working" : ) Needless to say I had a blast riding it (I'm 5' 3' and average build). Once my nephew opened our gift, he did not want to continue to open presents. He rode it around for about an hour before moving on to something new. He was very intrigued by the steering component and could manuever it very well. All the kids fought over it and the adults in attendance wanted to know if it would support their weight as well. It does support 220 lbs on a smooth surface such as asphalt or pavement. I would recomend this product.

Love the Plasma Car! My 4 kids all love it and they range from age 4 to 14. It works best on a smooth surface like a paved driveway as gravel makes the plasitc wheels lose friction, which it needs to be propelled. But it is fun and a cheerful color and keeps the kids playing outdoors. Amazingly, it can also accommodate adults although their larger stature makes it quite funny to watch.

My 4-year old son wanted this car so badly. He loves being able to push himself and steer in different directions. The best thing about this car is the fact that it can hold alot of weight because as soon as my husband saw it, he wanted to ride it too! It works just as well for him as for my son. It is great for both indoor and outdoor play.

Couldn't be more pleased! I bought the plasma car for my granddaughter for her 4th birthday. She loves it. She caught on quickly how to maneuver it, and she enjoys riding her 19th month old brother around on it.
Such a simple design delivers such great fun. I love the idea that it is scientifically designed and durable. Yes, even mom and dad (and nana) had to try it out. I'm considering purchasing a few more for the rest of the family.....in several colors!

We have two of these already for my other grandchildren. They really enjoy it, almost as much as their parents do. This one was sent to another grandchild in another state, having FBT send it cost a lot less than me shipping it. Little kids (2-3) would rather peddle than twist for speed, and should not be done barefoot, but enjoy it a lot.

The green car works great, and appears to be just like the reviews described it. However, the purple seems to not run as easily as the other. Not sure if it was originally a return my someone else, as the package inside was open upon arrival. It does work, just not as easily as the other one.

This car is so much fun! Our son played with it all evening (until bed) after receiving it, and was the first thing he wanted when he woke up. I don't think we've ever gotten him a toy that he was this thrilled about. What's especially exciting about the Plasma Car is that his father and I can play with it, too! We ordered a plasma car for our 3 year old daughter and one for our 19 month old son for Christmas. Our daughter immediately got on and started riding her car with no problem! Our son also got on the car and although he cannot put his feet up, he can use his feet on the floor and steer easily around the house. They both love them and the cars are nice to have for them to ride around inside on our wood floors during our long winters.

My son tried this car at a friend's house and loved it. Its a great toy, and a different kind of ride-on toy than others he has. He's almost 6 and weighs 45 lbs. and can really make it go well. The Plasma car was easy to assemble and my girls (ages 5 and 8) are on Cloud 9. It definitely works best on solid surfaces, even outdoor carpet is tough to roll on.

I bought a Plasma car for my son's 4th birthday and he absolutely loves it. He hasn't quite gotten the hang of steering it to make it go so he just pushes with his feet. His cousins have two Plasma cars and the three kids always fight over who will ride them.
I have to say, they're fun for adults too!

The Plasma car is a great bike! My little one scoots right along on it using her feet... she is still working on the arm motion. The older kids in the neighborhood are also enjoying it. It is very sturdy and versitile.

My kids (22 month and 5 yr old) just love it.
I would recommend it with my eyes shut, the only thing is that it works better in smooth surfaces, just to take that into account.

Product looks great and is sturdy, but it definitely has more of a learning curve than we had expected! As other reviews have stated, the surface does need to be flat and pretty smooth. It doesn't do well on blacktop. I think that it's great that the child has to think and problem solve to make it work. Just be prepared, if you get it for a younger child, to keep encouraging them to use it and try it as my daughter gets frustrated and wants to quit. Once it gets going, though, it's fun!

We now own four plasma cars for our children ranging in age from two to eight. It is the one toy they all consistently play with each day. Even I enjoy a ride now and then. They ride the plasma cars on our concrete patio, the driveway and the sidewalk. The littlest, uses his feet to push himself along, but the others all use the plasma cars correctly. Our neighbors have also purchased plasma cars, after seeing the enjoyment our family has received from them. The cars are durable and easy to use. Our cars have been left outside occasionally and the wear has been unnoticeable. The sun has not faded the color or caused any problems. In summary, this is a purchase you won't be disappointed about. Just be sure to buy enough for each child to have their own car - they won't want to get off to share!

At first when my husband put it together, I thought it was going to be stupid. But both my 3 and 6 year old boys have fun on it. Mom, dad, grandma and the kids at my sons birthday party all took their turn on it to. Would recommend.

PlasmaCar is fun and easy, but our kids have yet to get into it. Our driveway slopes a teeny tiny bit yet going uphill is frustrating for them. I didn't even know our driveway was not level until riding this thing. But it's fun. When I ride it (185 pounds), the wheels lose traction a bit on our driveway, so it's tricky to build up speed.

My grandson wanted this because his friend had one. He was absolutely thrilled to get it. Unfortunately it didn't go together as smoothly as it should and the front wheel was not smooth so it was not easy to manuver. Fortunately - his father has the patience of a saint and lets nothing ruffle him. He planed the front wheel and now it works beautifully. The other one I bought will also be a gift but not till August. It does seem to be a great toy and provides hours of fun.

This is a unique riding toy. I believe it's more appropiate for basements than driveways. But watch out for even slight inclines. It is so well designed that it will fly downhill to give Dad an extra workout.

The car does everything it promises. My son was able to figure out how to get it moving very easily. It was a little difficult to attach the steering wheel tightly enough while keeping the wheels straight. Once I got the steering wheel tight enough, it worked wonderfully.

This product is amazing. The PlasmaCar was for an eight year old, and he loves it. I must add that it is great for all ages. I have seen a 2 1/2 year old on it, and he can move. It is also great for adults to. I have even taken it for a spin and it is FUN. I would really recommend thus product and I hope you will like it as much as we have.

This is such a great toy! My seven year old loves to ride it in the house and to my surprise my ten year old will too! I like the fact that it takes some physical effort to propel the car but that it will not reach or exceed destructive speeds that boys desire. When the weather outside isn't cooperating, this toy does wonders to occupy my boys.

My son rides on his cousins' plasma cars all the time, so we are surprising him with his own later this month for his 5th Birthday!
We told his big sisters about the present and now they want their own too!

This is my very favorite grandchild toy. I keep these at my house so the kids have a special treat at Nana & Papa's house.
My kiddos range fron ages 22 years to 6 months(he will be on one next summer).By the way we have 11 grandchildren. My grown (parents) children also love these!

This is a great toy for the tots. My 20 month old has been playing on his cousins' plasma cars until we finally got him one this week. He uses his feet to propel the car and has yet to use the wheel exclusively but it entertains him. The beauty of the car is that it does not require batteries and the big kids (ie mom and dad) can enjoy it too!

Ok, so this is a bit small for an adult 50 something, but I couldn't resist. Neither could my 18 year old daughter. In fact I may have to get one for her so she can ride with my 4 year old grandchild.
In any case the toy is great fun. It is well made and looks heavy enough to last for years of use. It is easy to put together, taking only a few minutes.
It's maneuverability makes it the perfect riding toy for indoors.
The only suggestion I can think of is a bigger model for bigger kids!

My daughter will use this for many years. The PlasmaCar is very sturdy and such a deal. After receiving it, I would of easily paid twice the amount for it. Don't hesitate, your kids will
scoot on this and take turns pushing each other on it. I would of loved to have such a

My kids, 7 and 10, love the PlasmaCars. I still think they are a bit pricey, but they have been enjoying them daily. My 14 year old also has been on them. My sloped driveway is a plus, and I believe they have more fun with a hill, but recommend the cars.

Well, I was so excited about giving this to my five year old for his birthday, but we could never get it to work correctly. It seems like the front tire is not aligned correctly with the steering wheel, and one of the back tires keeps coming off. Such a bummer because he was really excited and interested as was his older brother. I am planning on calling to discuss options for returning it this week.

My 5 year old loves this toy. He just got it so I dont know about long term use, but he can use it in the house on the hardwoods and outside. The best thing is the ground doesnt have to be perfectly level so he doesnt get frustrated riding it.

I ordered the PlasmaCar on Thursday from Fat Brain Toys and it came the following Monday! We were thrilled that it came so fast! Our little 5 year old absolutely loves the car. It was easy to assemble and our little one was zipping all over the driveway in a matter of minutes! It's definitely worth the money and Fat Brain Toys offers it at a good price. We love the plasma car - we're probably going to have to get another one because it's so great. What was I thinking - one cool car for two boys?! Very easy to assemble. I have no idea how it moves just by wiggling the steering wheel, but it's really fun and the ride is super smooth.

This is the second one we've bought (two grandchildren!) and the product is very well constructed, cleverly engineered, and a great joy to our grandkids who are experts at racing around the house together. Beyond the interesting design, the engineering is always baffling to others. This product requires no batteries, recharging, winding up or nuclear power. It works so well it needs to be translated to adult size so I can commute to work on one.

We absolutely loved the pink plasma car we ordered. Fat Brain Toys was by far the cheapest, and the shipping was super fast. We ordered it one day then had it like 2 days later! Back to the plasma car, my husband and I liked it so much, we gave it to our little girl a week before her birthday, because we were hving so much fun with it!

My 8 year old is very excited with the car. Initially I had the wide tires in front so it did not move at all. I then put the small tires in front and it goes, but not very fast. I tried it, and not having the energy of a child, could not get it moving. In fairness to the car, the pavement we tried it on is a little rough. I am looking forward to going to a location where the cement is smooth and level.

The PlasmaCar is great. Our 4 year old and our 2 year old can both use it. They have both learned to use it correctly with their feet up, but also really enjoy just racing them down the driveway. Our 2 year old could propell it using his just his feet at first, but it worked well has a "ride-on" car for him until he learned the correct way - he is too tall for many "ride-on" toddler toys. The car moves very smoothly.
Our only complaint is that the assembly can be tricky. We had trouble getting the stearing wheel in correctly - the screws would not tighten.

I purchased a Plasma Car for one of my two grandchildren for Christmas thniking it would not be used much. Both grandchildren loved it so much, it was necessary to purchase a second one so each child could have one. The cars held up to more severe treatment than the Samsonite suitcase experienced with the gorilla in the old commercial on TV. Alas, the kids were able to break one wheel off one of the cars. It will need to be repaired soon! The only complaint I had with the design is that the steering mechanisn would loosen and would need to be retightened frequently.

My son who is 6 rides one of these everytime we are at a toy store at the Mall. They are $69.99 at this store so I got online to see if I could find them cheaper. I did find it cheaper and decided to order one for him. I also do daycare in my home so I knew it would be used. My son and the daycare kids have ridden it inside and out everyday since it got here. They love it! It's nice to see them use something that is all kid-powered.

We bought the plasma car for our 2-year old daughter. She hasn't figured out how to twist the wheel back and forth yet, but instead uses her feet to get her where she wants to go. Our 4-year old, on the other hand, is a pro. The product is safe, unique and most of all reasonably priced. I see our whole family using this toy and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect size for a 5 year old, a 9 year old was interested but at 5 ft tall je felt he was too scrunched up. (It still didn't prevent him from driving it around and racing his brother for about 2 hours). To further test the size and weight limitations, a 6 ft adult weight about 150 lbs did not have any dificulty in driving it around. In putting it together, my husband felt it was a little difficult to get the pieces together. If you try to go too fast and make a turn, like all boys will do, it will tip over. I have recommended this product to other people already.

This is truly a fun toy. We purchased it for our 6 yr. old granddaughter's birthday. Everyone at the party took turns riding it and loved it. I'm quite certain a few more were ordered after the party!!! I personally ordered 4 more for some friends at work to give to their grandchildren.... It's been a big hit. It's a great toy at a great price.

This is a very cool toy. No batteries needed...just human power. It was a huge hit at our granddaughter's birthday -- everyone wanted to ride it including their parents!
The only negative...the bolt that goes through the steering wheel came loose more than once and had to be tightened.

My 2 year loves this because he can reach nor master using the pedals on his tricycle yet. But this gives him the ability to go with the other kids without frustration. And the fact that it states it can hold 200 lbs. means he will hopefully get years of fun out of it.

My three- and six-year old grandchildren enjoyed riding this car a lot. So did their mother and grandmother! It was easy to learn to maneuver the car, and the ride was quite thrilling on a grade. My only qualification at this point is the difficulty of assembly. It was more than I could manage (a 60-plus grandmother), and the person who put it together for me did not get the three riding wheels quite level with each other. This did not seem to affect the ride.

This order would be our fourth purchase of the Plasma Car. First, FB Toys had the most competitive price. Second, the shipping was free and the cars were shipped to us within a few days. What a deal for free shipping. Third, we could not say anything more wonderful about these little cars. They are so much fun. We have a 2, 4 and 15 year old and all of the kids just love them. The fourth car is for me! As a family, we have so much fun it is just amazing. My husband even gets on every once in a while. The only problem we have had is the steering getting loose. It seems that every car has loosened at least twice, after that, never again!
I highly recommend these toys. My kids are on them before and after school. We have never walked through the garage without someone getting on these cars.

My 2.5 year old son is in LOVE with his new PlasmaCar. We can barely get him off of it at the end of the day. He mostly scoots it with his feet right now, and loves that he can get up some pretty good dare-devil speed in our driveway. His 2 year old cousin got hers on the same day, and they've been having a blast together ever since. The cars were easy to assemble, are sturdy, and seem like they will go the distance (but it's only been 3 days!). Few tipovers, and those few times there have been no serious injuries!

My 3-year-old daughter received a plasma car from the Easter Bunny, and we took it to our family Easter gathering at a spacious rented hall. The plasma car was the hit of the party, with kids age 3-12, and even the grown-ups, taking a spin--sometimes 2 or 3 at a time, since the little car is so much fun, nobody wanted to be out of the action for a minute! Definitely recommended!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my 10-year old goddaughter. She requested the pink one because her brothers already have a blue on that she's envious of! I know it will be a big hit. Now they can race each other!

Two of our other grandchildren already have Plasma Cars and love them. Their mother said that they were entertained for over an hour when she turned on a water spray and they raced around the patio area dodging each other and the water, etc.
They bring them to our house when they stay here and race around in a circle in our three car garage.
When we presented this "pink" version (pink is her favorite color) to another granddaughter, she loved it and spent the evening riding it around the house on the wood floor.
It was very easy to order from your company and I will do so again.

My 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter each received there own Plasma car on Easter and absolutely love them. My son was asking for the Jeep Powerwheels prior to Easter and after receiving the Plasma car I asked him if he still wanted the Powerwheels and he said "No mommy, this is the best car ever". I bought this one plasma car to see how it was. I love it so much, i have five more on the way! I plan on riding one along with my grandkids down in the basement. It's a blast! Good for any age....my two year old grand daughter loves it too.

Found the price a little high, but I bought 2 to keep home for the grandchildren to play with on week-ends. They raced and played for hours, had lots of fun. Even the adults tried it out !! This is a great toy that needs no batteries or fuel other than kid power.
Grandpa did have a little trouble putting in the back wheels, but he did succeed.
Would recommend this toy to anyone who wants to give their child a unique toy that everyone will want.

We just ordered two plasma cars, one each for our two girls, ages 4 and 2. What a great toy!!!! Even my husband, who thinks our daughters already have everything they need (and they do) commented that this was the best purchase we'd made for them in a long time. He was delighted that they only took a couple of minutes to assemble and our girls have loved them. We'll look forward to taking them outside when the weather warms up, but right now, they drive them all over the kitchen and dining room on our hardwood floors. It's even been alleged that Mom's been spending a bit too much time on them. So, to whatever brilliant person designed these, a giant THANK YOU, and also to Fat Brain Toys for carrying such a cool product.

We gave a blue Plasma car to our grandson for his 3rd birthday. He immediately jumped on it and started to go, no instructions needed! He loved it, it went great on the kitchen tile and hardwood, he just used his feet to navigate from carpet to smooth flooring with no problem. Easy to assemble too. A big hit!

We grandparents bought two plasma cars for our grandsons' visit. They are 5 and 7 years old. What a wonderful product this turned out to be! The 7-year-old got the hang of how to make the car move right away. It took the 5-year-old an extra day of practicing, but he enjoyed using his leg power in the meantime. We grandparents appreciate the safety element of the car's design. The cars are very sturdy and well designed. No accidents of any kind. We give the plasma car our highest rating.

The plasma car is a great toy, and my 4 year old loves it. I got a second one so that we can chase each other around the house. Also, when she has a friend come over they can chase each other. I have never seen her or her friends get bored from this toy. They will play for hours.

I first learned about the PlasmaCar from a friend that owned two of them. The PlasmaCar is well constructed and fun for the entire family. I was even able to shuttle my son around and that states how strong the unit is. Get a few of them and you can all race to the finish line together.

I wish the instructions on installing the steering column had been clearer. I kept trying to figure out why the column was removable. If you all had said from the get go... (that tightening the nut would hold the column in place), it would have saved me a half hour. Also foot pad pieces are not firmly affixed to the body. They look like they are peeling up. I would have appreciated it being fully assembled. I don't think the packaging size would have increased by all that much, if any. As for the car itself, it's just great. I wish there was an adult size one that I could ride with my grandson. (Please note: PlasmaCars support riders up to 220 pounds! Grandparents ride them too!)

We bought two plasma cars for our boys and they are fabulous! Very durable and the kids have a blast on them. They go around and around on the patio for hours and they're fun to take to the park. I've even taken a few spins on them myself! Great fun!!!

This was even more fun for our 12 year old than it was for the 3 year old we bought it for. But she's able to cruise around the house in it now. I've even taken a few laps in it. It doesn't work on rugs that should be obvious, but in case it's not.

We bought one for our 6 year old daughter. As soon as she sat on it, she intuitively knew what to do. She was whizzing around the basement floor in no time. I had tested the car the previous night and I had fun on it too! It took about 30 minutes to put it together. The Plasma car works great on smooth surfaces, but when we took it out on rough pavement, the car did not work very well.

The kids love the car. It is fun! The only problem I have is the steering wheel seems to get loose. I have to tighten about once a week. Maybe I am not strong enough for it to last longer. The car is great!!

I bought this for my 2 year old twins, they absolutely love it. It was so easy for them to learn how to drive it, no complicated pedals that they need to learn how to coordinate. Of course, my 8 year old son always wants to ride it as well, and their cousins ride it around our house when they come to visit.

The car is quite simple. The Plasma Car does great on flat smooth surfaces, but on cement that is rough or has a pattern/stamped it doesn't do as well. Overall, I feel in the big picture The Plasma Car will be a great toy for my son to play with in the next several years.

WOW! This was the gift to give the whole family. We bought two. We searched for something that we as parents could play on with our kids. Thus, the Plasma Car. Mom, Dad, Aunts, Uncles and all the grandparents took turns in the basement "testing" it. We had a blast racing each other. Now, the kids have to fight us for it. As a developmental toy for a child, it is wonderful. Our 3 year old has not been able to figure out peddling yet. This was a solution that has allowed him to ride next to his brother. At first he moved himself forward with his feet and as he grew more comfotable on it he is using his hands and body. The car turns on a dime and goes backwards which requires a thought process. He has not figured out how to do that yet but the 5 year old has. Perfect activity for small spaces/basement.
Note, just make sure when you put the toy together you put the wheels in correctly. The flare from the car at a 45 degree angle.

Super. I have 4 kids ages 4-7 and they all loved the plasma car. I purchased 4 of them and can not remember a time where I was so satisfied with a toy. I rode on one with one of my 4 yr olds and we both fit comfortably and had a ball.

My son loved it. The first time he took outside to play the small front wheels broke off. Being a 4 year old, I don't think it was weight related. Customer service gave me the number for Plasmart and they replaced the wheels very quickly! He is now enjoying the car once again. I don't know what happened that the wheels broke but customer service was great. It looks as if it was just a fluke deal. I will definitely buy a few more PlasmaCars to have for others to enjoy while visiting! I love the product!

Excellent toy. Simple fun, rugged, works better than expected. Bought 2 for 2 kids, 4 and 6 years old. They just love them! They've been using them daily for 2 weeks and have not tired of them yet. Older kids also love them. Works very well on large areas, but it is outstanding inside a house, with limited space.

I have seen wonderful reviews for this toy, but ours was a dud. Our children are 5 and 7, very light, and not hard on toys, but after one 3 minute trip outside on the sidewalk, the plasma car does not function and goes very slowly in a crooked line. My husband has tried to adjust it according to the directions, but no luck. Due to the cost of this toy, I am very frustrated. (Note from Fat Brain Toys: We contacted our customer with the option of a replacement for the defective plasmacar.)

My five year old grandson and his 2 1/2 year old sister are loving the Plasma car! He, in particular, was so excited to use it. He figured out how it worked within seconds of trying it out. It is our 8, 4 year old twins, and 2 year olds favorite thing to do in the basement during the winter and out on the drive and sidewalk in nice weather. It is repairable when needed (this is the third one we've purchased). To add interest for the 2 year old we put some Ariel stickers on it.

I bought this for my 3 year old son who still has problems with the pedals of a tricycle and he just loves it! What a great product! It's quiet enough for indoors, as well as for outdoor play. Even my 7 year old loves it. Moving the steering wheel side to side propels the car forward and turning the wheel around, then steering it side to side moves it backward without having to push with their feet. I would recommend this to anyone.

Love it! We bought a pair of plasma cars for our boys to play with (4 and 5 yrs respectively), and my husband can't keep off of one of them! My 5 year old picked up the motion right away, and zooms around. The cars are surprisingly agile and sturdy. Great toy, great activity.

Nicely made product but it will be a little while until my grandson can use this. I wish it would work on a surface other than one that is strictly slick, though I had read other reviews so knew this would be the case. It will provide lots of good exercise when my son can find a place for him to ride and he can figure out how to do it. Even at two he could push it with his feet.

The noise that I have heard for the last three days, rolling back and forth, back and forth is that of my two children on their plasma cars! The plasma cars were one of the last toys I picked up for the holiday, on a recommendation from a colleague. I am so happy that I did. This is by far my kids (ages 4 and 6) favorite toys of the holiday. I jumped on one and it was truly fun! These cars are cool and safe and I loved that I needed no batteries! We love the car but think we are missing a piece for the top above the steering wheel. This was too much assembly required! The plasma car is a ton of fun. Since the weight limit is so high we ordered a second one and we race our son around the house on it. Everyone who sees it in action loves it. The only drawback at all is the assembly instructions are not very helpful, but luckily there is not much to assemble and we were able to figure it out.

My grandson as well as his cousins thoroughly enjoyed the plasma car. He is 2 1/2 yeas old and could ride the car without any problems. He played with it most of the day on Christmas. I highly recommend this toy and hope every child enjoys it as much as my grandson did.

First of all I should have purchased 5 of them. I have three children and a nephew I watch every day. I know that only adds up to 4 but I want one too. (Yes I hopped on and tried it)It was easy to put together less then 10 mins and that is it. The child this was purchased for is 2 and he can ride it just as easy as my 13 year old. I can't say enough good stuff about this toy!

I really like this toy and I have tried it myself. Actually, I
bought one for our grandaughter and the green one is
for me. This may seem odd but I am a "young" 61 and
wanted to have some fun as well. Last week I had a
luncheon with 9 other ladies and the entertainment ended
up being us riding the plasma car on the travertine
floor. It was great fun and today we will see how much
the grand kids like it when they open their gifts and I will be able to ride along with them in my own plasma car.

Ok....this car is so fun. My daughter tried it out at a local specialty toy store and zoomed around the store forever. She would have been thrilled if we would have left her to ride on it all day.
We decided that this would be a great gift from Santa. So, I ordered it. It arrived promptly and as my daughter was at school when it arrived, I decided to take the opportunity to put it together. It was fairly easy to assemble. Once assembled, I needed to test it. I had a blast riding around our house on the tile floors. This baby zooms! I would definitely recommend it!

My kids love these cars! I can't keep my 12 year old off of them. Let alone my 9, 6 and 4 year-olds! I must admit that I have to put my name on the list to have a turn, too! It's really weird that you never have to put your feet down to push. The back and forth action of the front wheels really does propel you forward with very little effort. We all love them!

Very cool item, how many toys can you buy for a kid that can be used until they are 200 lbs? We are giving this to our 14 month old for Christmas, I can't wait for him to try it.

Bought the Plasma Car for our grandchildren. We put it together to see how it worked. It is really fun. We get a kick out of driving it around the house. We hide it when the grandkids come over. My husband says it is going to be second-hand by the time they get it. It is a blast but a little small for grownups. Any plans to make a bigger one for bigger kids and grown ups?

I placed orders for the PlasmaCars on three different occasions all of which will be presents for my grandchildren, except one. That one is for me. I have been riding my PlasmaCar in order to get fast enough to beat my grandchildren in a race when they receive theirs. A friend of mine has one too, so we have on occasion, rode them together. Wow, if my grandchildren have as much fun on them as I have had, it will be great. I am in my 50's and my friend is in her 60's.

It's a nice product and has great ratings. I really like it's concept but my kids, 4 year old boys, don't seem to be in love with it yet. It's well made, and while they play with it some and seem to enjoy it, they much prefer their scooter or bikes for longer outdoor play. It does seem to be more fun in a flat smooth warehouse floor as opposed to a concrete driveway or asphault street. We'll hope that it changes.

We bought 2 of these cars and all ages of kids from 3 years year to 12 years old, and even a one 40 year old, have had a great time racing around on them.

I was very pleased with the plasma car. Not only could my grandson ride it, but so could the whole family. I had my daughter and son-in-law riding around our kitchen.

Overall I think this is a great product. I wish it worked better on uneven surfaces. Works well on wood floors indoors but be warned as it can damage them.

We found them well made. Very easy to put together. The wheels are very heavy durable plastic. The drive shaft is real metal! Not plastic. I tested it out in the kitchen and I zipped right along. It appears it will be very easy for our grandsons to navigate.

High quality, durability. We bought an extra one so that when a friend is over everyone has one to enjoy. We have a large concrete driveway that they race on, spin out, etc. They are definitely worth the money for our boys. Older kids that come over even play on them.

My 6 year old son requested this for his birthday after seeing one 6 months ago and even with a room full of new toys from his friends, he was outside riding it for hours. It was just what he wanted!

The Plasma Car is great for kids of all ages. My son first used them at his preschool and they are so popular that the kids have to sign up on a list to use them. He was thrilled to receive this car for his birthday.

This Plasmacar is for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She hasn't actually used it yet, but the adults put it together and took a spin. It is great fun! It was easy to put together and seems very sturdy and easy to make it go, which will be great for a 3 year old.

A wonderful toy. A great alternative to standard pedal riding toys. It is very intuitive to use and really turns on a dime. The plastic material seem quite sturdy, although I think the injection molding process could have been better. Installation was straightforward, a few dozen helpful whacks from a mallet helped fit pieces. My only wish is for the PlasmaCar to have rubber wheels instead of hard plastic wheels. There's not nearly enough traction on smooth slippery surfaces. The plastic wheels may eat up hardwood flooring. All in all, still a fun and engaging riding toy that will have kids of all ages (-my two year olds and adults also have a blast riding them) wanting a turn.

We just love these cars. My kids and their friends are on them as much as possible. The kids really enjoy them a lot. I also get on them and and go; they are made for adults as well. If you buy the PlasmaCars you will just love them.

I absolutely love this product. It is great for all ages! A couple of kids in the neighborhood had these and all the kids loved them so much that now the whole neighborhood has them. My husband and I have been seen racing around the neighborhood. The best thing is they won't outgrow them right away as they can handle up to 220 lbs. What a great product and great for exercise! I highly recommend this product!

Great toy for any age. We bought them for my son's fourth birthday and even my 60 year old Dad was trying to ride them. You need a flat surface such as an unfinished basement or a garage. If you buy two they make great bumper cars. Loads of fun!
