Definitely a good product, but a little advanced for my son's dexterity. He's 7 1/2 months old, and although he is fascinated by the sound, he has a hard time holding it and so moves on to other toys. In another few months, though, I think it'll be perfect for him.

Safe Toy For My 5 month Old Son

I ordered this for 5 month old son because it is NOT made in China. I'm not going to take the chance of having my baby chew the paint off a teething toy from China. Flapsi is constructed of high quality wood and finish materials. My son likes these wooden toys. Although at his age he is preferring Max because of the rings and loop that he can grasp. It's really different hearing the sound of clacking wood when all you have heard is the sound of plastic. It's a great sound!
