From the minute my granddaughter opened the present, she was smiling.
We began dressing the cake with the velcro birthday candles and every stuffed animal was having a slice of cake. I helped her place the parts back in the wooden storage box, reminding her to keep the pieces together and she counted all the parts as we put them all away and did it all over again.
I am going to check out the party plate set for Christmas. I love the Melissa and David sets.

I bought this for my daughter's third birthday because she loves to play 'birthday'. As soon as she opened it, she had to tear into it and play with it. So far everyone in the house including her stuffed animals have had birthdays. She only received it yesterday. It's made well like all Melissa & Doug toys. Great buy!

This product was immediately popular with my 2 and 3 year-olds. It is a great prop for play parties, though I think serving plates and forks would round it out.

I bought this item for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday in November so she doesn't have it yet. However, it is very cute and looks for durable. I know she'll love it.
