The Food Chain Friends are creatures from Daro, a small green planet much like Earth as it was two million years ago. Daro teems with wildlife, and its exceptionally social and gracious species flourish in a complex-but, oddly, very friendly - ecosystem. They're friends. They eat each other. They're the Food Chain Friends. It's complicated relationship.
Each Food Chain Friend is plush. Lower levels fit into upper level friends' mouths.
Fraaky™
The Fraaky, the tiniest creature of the Daro prairie, scurries to and fro, bonking into things and feasting on dust too small to see with the naked eye His best friend and main predator is Skitter, with whom he loves to play a great game of tag.
Habitat: Prairie
Level: 1
Eats: Prairie Dust
Predator: Level 2 & above
Skitter™
The Skitter is similar to the Earth rabbit in size. He likes to hop to great heights, but often bops his head on low hanging branches. His large ears allow him to hear things miles away. His favorite pal is the Sleeth, with whom he likes to play hide-and-seek.
Habitat: Prairie
Level: 2
Eats: Level 1
Predator: Level 3 & above
Sleeth™
The Sleeth is a slug, snake like creature that slithers through the tall Daro grass. He loves to play games and can often be seen chasing his own tail! He eats anything in sight, especially the Fraaky!
Habitat: Prairie
Level: 3
Eats: Any Level 1 & 2
Predator: Level 4 & above
Herkin ™
The Herkin is the furriest creature on Daro. He likes to roll around in the prairie grass to cool off on a hot summer day. He plays hopscotch with the Skitter on lazy days. And the Skitter is tasty too!
Habitat: Prairie
Level: 4
Eats: Any Level 1, 2 & 3
Predator: Level 5
Lankum™
The Lankum is a slow creature, but his tongue is fast and he loves to talk! The Lankum is shy and embarrassed by his appearance. He shares much more than a meal with the Herkin!
Habitat: Prairie
Level: 5
Eats: Any Level 1,2,3 & 4
Predator: None known

I love these guys! I bought these for my 2 year old, but I have more fun with them than he does! Cute and clever... I want all of them now! Bought a set for my sister's son, and she, too, loves them even more than he does!
Great Friends

My three year old son loved receiving the Food Chain Friends. They're so soft and their fur is silky. They fit inside one another's mouths easily so my son can instigate the devouring at will. I like that the friends come with names and story-lines.

My nieces & nephews love, love, love the Food Chain Friends. I bought one in a hurry before the last family birthday, just for something to give. It was the hit of the party! Not only that, but they haven't stopped playing with it. There have been loud "discussions" about whose turn it is, so for Christmas I bought them all a chain. Thank goodness there're multiple chains!
