Interesting, Not as Expected

This product fell a little short of what I was hoping for. The image makes it appear as though there are tracks (or something) inside the iBall, but in actuality, it's just a hollow, empty sphere (with the exception of the small metal balls, of course). The ball itself is made of a hard plastic, so the noise the balls make as they revolve is pretty loud (and a little annoying). My husband and I are both teachers, and we agreed that this product would be better as an adjunct to a lesson in a physics classroom than it would be a toy for kids (unless you want to give a younger sib something that for sure will make an older one holler for him to STOP!!!).

Really cool toy. My five year old thinks its fantastic, and the grown ups like it too. Only draw back is the noise volume. Its pretty loud. But quite enjoyable.

It would have helped to have tips on how to do various tricks or, better still, a reference to a video link.
FUN!

Setting: Home
This toy remind me of those funnels in which youy intert a coin, and the coin spins for a long time. Thee are small metal balls that spin at amazing speeds, for long periods of time. Hard to put down!
